Nujoom is redefining school sports and facility management in Saudi Arabia, making high-quality sports programs accessible to all. Founded by Abdallah Alireza, a Jeddah-born professional triathlete, and Kevin Paul, a former Paralympic champion with multiple gold medals, Nujoom combines local and international expertise to transform the sports landscape. With over 30 years of combined experience competing at the highest levels and a decade of successfully developing and scaling sports academies in the region, we understand what it takes to create a thriving sports ecosystem.

We run world-class sports academies, develop unique sports concepts, and provide expert facility management, consulting, and advisory services to schools, developers, communities, and venues.

Our goal is simple: break down the barriers stopping young athletes from accessing sport—no matter their age or level.
