Nujoom Sports Member Waiver and Terms & Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Nujoom Sports Management (“Nujoom”) and you, the participant or parent/guardian of a minor (“Member”). By enrolling in any services provided by Nujoom, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement. All entities under Nujoom Sports Management adhere to the terms and conditions listed below. By attending and sessions and / or making any payments, members agree to these terms and conditions.

Waiver and Release of Liability

The Member acknowledges that participating in any sports or fitness-related activities, including football and swimming, involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. By enrolling in Nujoom programs, the Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these activities.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, the Member, or the parent/guardian of a minor, agrees to the following:

  • The Member releases Nujoom, its employees, coaches, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from participation in Nujoom activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  • The Member confirms that they are physically fit to participate in Nujoom activities and have been cleared by a licensed medical professional within the past six months.

  • The Member waives any right to bring legal action against Nujoom for any personal injury or property damage arising out of participation in Nujoom activities.

  • The Member understands and agrees that Nujoom is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while attending training sessions or events.

Photography and Media Consent

By enrolling in Nujoom programs, the Member grants Nujoom the right to photograph and/or record them during activities. These images or videos may be used for promotional, marketing, and training purposes without compensation. The Member waives any right to inspect or approve such materials.

If a Member wishes to opt out of media usage, they must notify Nujoom in writing before participating in any sessions.

Payments and Agreement to Terms

By making an online or in-person payment to Nujoom, the Member agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety. A link to the full terms and conditions is provided on our website, and payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

All payments, once made, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Return/Refund Policy

  • Memberships, training packages, and session fees are non-refundable.

  • Members may freeze their memberships subject to Nujoom's approval and specific package terms.

  • Retail items are non-refundable. All sales are final.

  • Memberships may be transferable, subject to Nujoom's approval.

  • If a refund is approved by Nujoom, it will be subject to a 20% administration and processing fee. Only pro-rated sessions are eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for past sessions or missed classes.

Cancellation Policy

Group Classes:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before the scheduled class.

  • Failure to cancel within this window will result in the forfeiture of one session (for session-based members) or a cancellation fee of SAR 60 (for subscription-based members).

Private Training & Appointment-Based Services:

  • Cancellations for private training, semi-private training, and specialized coaching must be made 12 hours in advance.

  • Failure to cancel or attend will result in the session being charged at full price.

General Conduct and Safety

  • Members must adhere to all facility and coaching rules to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

  • Nujoom reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if a Member does not comply with these guidelines.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian while in the training facility unless they are actively participating in a supervised program or class.

  • Members are prohibited from sharing personal training plans, workout programs, or coaching materials with unauthorized individuals. These materials are the intellectual property of Nujoom.

  • In the event of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow facility rules, Nujoom reserves the right to revoke membership without refund.

Health & Safety Measures

  • Nujoom reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any Member displaying symptoms of illness.

  • Members must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before participating in any sports activities.

  • Any injuries sustained during a session must be immediately reported to the coaching staff.

Modifications to Terms

Nujoom reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through a notice on the Nujoom website. Continued participation in Nujoom programs after any changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
